27th Annual Neal Taylor Nature Center Fish Derby at Lake Cachuma

The Fish Derby is a three-day annual fishing event held on Saturday and Sunday in April. To participate in the Fish Derby, registration is required before or during the event. Cash prizes are awarded for different categories of fish caught in Cachuma Lake, and merchandise prizes are distributed throughout the event.

Participants of all ages are welcome, and there is a fee required for participation.

  Friday April 19, 2024 12PM-10PM

• Derby Starts:
  Saturday April 20, 2024 6AM

• Derby Ends:
  Sunday April 21, 2024 12PM

• Awards Program:
  Sunday April 21, 2024 1PM

• Registration: 

• Friday, April 19th from 12PM - 10PM

• Saturday, April 20th from 6AM – 12PM at the Neal Taylor Nature Center & 12PM-6PM at the Weigh Station

• Sunday, April 21st from 6AM - 12PM at the Weigh Station
